Registration Information The registration web site is closed. Registration Fee: $650.00 (after April 3, 2009 the fee is $700.00) All Fees are in US dollars and include the conference reception, conference banquet, coffee breaks, and proceedings. Student Registration Fee: $300.00 Students must provide the name, email address, and telephone number of a faculty advisor to qualify. Please note the "required author registration" described below. Required Author Registration Each paper must have at least one author registered at the regular fee of $650.00, with the payment received by the author registration deadline (March 20) to avoid having the paper withdrawn from the conference.
