Visual Surveillance

In this project we are developing various image and video processing and analysis techniques for building automated surveillance systems.

Our research includes object detection and tracking, feature extraction, path and behavior modeling, activity and anomaly detection.

This research is sponsored by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the VACCINE Center at Purdue University and by the US Naval Research Laboratory (NRL).
